Refund and Rescheduling Policy

REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY – SONYA DAVIES I SED SOLUTIONS – updated May 2025

At SED Solutions, my priority is to create a trusted, empowering space for growth. This policy reflects our shared commitment to a respectful and intentional partnership.

​

A SHARED COMMITMENT                                                                                                                                                      

When you choose to begin a coaching or strategic consultation journey with me, we enter a partnership where you:

·       Accept responsibility for your active participation and engagement.

·       Acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed - they depend on your openness, effort, and follow-through. 

·       Agree to pay the full program fee as per the agreed schedule.

·       Understand that no one has represented to you that refunds are available.

·       Trust that I, Sonya, am committed to providing a structured, supportive, and impactful experience.

Once payment is made, refunds are not offered, as they reflect the preparation and time already invested. However, I know life can be unpredictable—so if something changes, here’s how I’ll work with you.

SCHEDULING AND SESSIONS                                                                                                                                               

·       Confirmed sessions are considered set appointments. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice within your program term (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months).

·       Missed sessions (no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice) will be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the sole discretion of SED Solutions.

·       You have 6 months from purchase to begin your sessions. With written notice to sedsolutions@bigpond.com, you can extend your window to 12 months.

·       All sessions will expire 12 months after payment, unless prior written communication has been made.

·       With written request, sessions may be deferred up to 2 years due to illness/emergencies (not refundable).

·       Includes a complimentary consult to assess if the coaching, approach, and fit are right for you.

EARLY EXIT AFTER FIRST SESSION

If, after your first paid session, you feel the program isn’t right for you:

·       You may request a refund, minus the session already used and any applicable PayPal or bank transfer fees (typically around 4%).  This request must be made in writing within 48 hours of your first session.

·       This option is available only within two weeks of your first session, and if no further sessions have occurred.

IF YOUR COACH, SONYA, NEEDS TO RESCHEDULE

In the rare circumstances I need to cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, you’ll always have the choice to:

·       Reschedule at a time that is convenient to you, based on Sonya’s calendar availability.

·       Receive a full refund for that session.

​
